 Just bought a new Hyundai Elantra. Very smooth transaction. Did a lot of back and forth via email and phone with Sarah before I got there (I live 1.5 hrs away in White Salmon, WA). When she found the car I wanted at a price we agreed on, we drove out and the car was sitting there in front, just waiting for us. Whole process was very smooth but in the end it was the patience, friendliness, and professionalism from Sarah that caused us to want to drive an extra hour plus round trip to buy from Beaverton instead of where we looked first! | Beaverton Hyundai wants your business and it definitely shows. Today I tried the service department and I couldn't have been happier. The service department here is clean, comfortable, and well organized. There is plenty of parking around the service facility. My service adviser (Allyn) was very pleasant and helpful. Beaverton Hyundai's service department has an excellent waiting room. Comfortable sofas, cable TV, coffee, vending machines, toys for children, computer, Internet access, and a printer. I Yelped the whole time they were changing my oil. Since I purchased my vehicle at Beaverton Hyundai and since this was my first visit to the service department, my oil change was completely complimentary. Buying a customer's loyalty is the best thing a business can buy. You can bet that I'll be going back to Beaverton Hyundai for my service needs. Scott, Portland OR |
