The Service crew were Great, I walked in with a recall on my 2025 Tucson and they were able to take care of it same day. They had Uber take me home and then bring me back to pick up my car several hours later. Thank You So Much!!

I feel as if I was born in to the car business but as an adult I’ve spent 17 years working at a single PNW Honda Dealership, the majority of that time was in management. I have to admit I am disappointed to feel that I’ve been treated better and respected more with a service department that I have absolutely no connection with. The team at Beaverton Hyundai Service is absolutely amazing! My point of contact was Dylan Conover. From my first phone call Monday afternoon 6/15/26 to the time my car was repaired and I picked it up the afternoon of 6/19/26 Dylan far surpassed my expectations! Without going in to too much detail about other nightmare stories other Hyundai Ioniq 5 owners have endured with their ICCU failures I will say this. I contacted one other dealership before contacting Beaverton Hyundai. That dealership service department said I could drop the car off and then it would probably take a week before they could take a look at it. To some that may sound crazy but to me that was reasonable because of what I know. Before I took my vehicle to this other dealership I figured I should at least make one more phone call, that was the best thing I ever could have done!!! Dylan set reasonable expectations during my initial phone call. I was able to get my vehicle in for service the following day shortly before noon. I was fully expecting to be without my car for the following 2-3 weeks which was a much shorter amount of time than I was expecting before originally speaking with Dylan. Wednesday Dylan called to let me know the shop has diagnosed the ICCU failure. He said the parts are in Washington and they should get them the following day and it should be repaired this week. Friday morning Dylan called to say it’s repaired and ready to pick up. I knew I was outside of the service area for an Uber pickup but he made that happen too. Here I am less than a week later after hearing the dreaded ICCU pop and I am enjoying my vehicle again! Every time I called Beaverton Hyundai either Dylan answered the phone or one of his coworkers answered the phone. That’s not common nowadays!!! The 2 times Dylan didn’t answer the phone he was out on lunch but he called me back right when he got back. Dylan’s coworkers were so helpful while he was out I didn’t need his assistance when he called me back. Sadly I don’t recall either of their names. Jessica Pham the service was also incredibly helpful. I dropped my car off with a tow truck at the shop for service and Jessica offered me ride back to the service desk. It was a super short distance but I was carrying a heavy load so the short ride was greatly appreciated! Beaverton Hyundai is the only Hyundai service department I’ll recommend. When it’s time for me to replace my Ioniq 5, Beaverton Hyundai is the dealership that I’ll be shopping first because of the customer care I received from their service department. Good customer service starts from the top.. I experienced absolutely amazing customer service from Dylan and Jessica! I was planning to go personally thank the GM Artem Kutuzov for the way the service department treated me in general. But when Dylan pulled my car up after the repair I just hopped in and happily drove home. I hope when the time comes for me to replace my Ioniq 5 I’ll be just as impressed with the sales department at Beaverton Hyundai

We've had quite the journey with our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Beaverton Hyundai has been there for us every step of the way. They truly define customer service by keeping our best interest in mind. In the end, we had full engine and catalytic converter replacements, 90% of which was covered under warranties. Dayton, our service associate and Jessica the Service Manager worked tirelessly with corporate office to ensure our needs were represented.
I needed to change my front brake pads, and their service was excellent. I really appreciated the complete inspection, the convenient pick-up and drop-off service, and the great communication. The entire team is incredibly friendly, and there are no hidden upcharges. Dayton is especially wonderful! He is very easy to talk to and happy to answer any questions!
Service advisor was great. Disappointed that the part was not in stock and I had to make another appointment and trip to the dealership the next week.
Dayton was so helpful. The guys who check customers in are surly and not helpful. The young women who works the check in desks is so sweet and helpful.
