Sarek, Juan and Jorge were able to work with me on a deal that was one of the best I could find in the entire PNW (I was searching across Washington, Oregon and even in California). They didn't overpromise and on verbal commitments held to them when I showed up to close the deal - this to me is exceptional because I've personally had observed 3-4 experiences where dealerships pull the rug on you and renege their commitments. Beaverton Hyundai was honest, provided a great deal and ultimately were able to process the transaction upon my arrival in 2 hours which I really appreciated. Again, if you're in the PNW looking for a Hyundai, I would highly recommend them!

It took almost an hour after the appointment time before they started looking at the car. The 5,000-mile courtesy service was done quickly enough. When I checked out, there was a suggested additional service paperwork with the service one, but the service writer didn't mention it. I noticed when I got home. Fortunately, it was for more than $100 to change the cabin air filter; I replaced it myself for about $25.
