Fantastic service. Friendly staff. Free Uber service. They love our EVs and don't try to sell me on things I don't need. My only tiny complaint was they didn't fully charge my Kona Electric when I picked it up, but otherwise excellent.

It seems that Jessica has been working on team building, and as a result, has improved customer service and efficiency in the Service Center. Jessica‘s team member, Dayton Wong, is also very efficient and thorough when working with me, explaining things to my understanding, and following through with communication and helping to resolve my car issues.

This was my fourth trip in for an oil change and regular service. And I have to say, it's been my best trip so far. And very pleased with how I was greeted, how everything was handled clear line of communication and unlimited espresso in the waiting room
Johnnie was my service advisor and I left feeling much better than when I arrived. I now know to listen to the experts and stop diagnosing my check engine light as if I actually knew what it was indicating. Our car runs smoother and my gas mileage is improving.

We don't live in the area, but we worked with Greg Foumal over email due to a special vehicle they had in stock. Greg was responsive, knowledgeable, and totally helpful. I’ve been taking my Hyundai here for more than five years and I have to say this place has really stepped it up in the last year or two. Over the past two weeks I had to go through a recall repair and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, communication, and how well they took care of me. Usually, I dread going to the dealership, but I feel fondly for this Beaverton Hyundai.
I dropped my car off at the Beaverton Hyundai Dealership overnight due to my car battery not starting. Payton in Service department helped me get process my service order and get my car started on getting worked on immediately. My car was finished within 48 hours and I was able to come pick it up. Payton was friendly, attentive and supportive throughout the whole process. Thank you for working with me!
The service lead Dayton took extra time to learn the history of my issues and worked hard to make it all right. It is a rare and special experience when people go above and beyond to listen and help resolve issues. This dealership is also really helpful in providing rides and loaners for extended service issues. I drive pretty far to work with these professionals.

It took almost an hour after the appointment time before they started looking at the car. The 5,000-mile courtesy service was done quickly enough. When I checked out, there was a suggested additional service paperwork with the service one, but the service writer didn't mention it. I noticed when I got home. Fortunately, it was for more than $100 to change the cabin air filter; I replaced it myself for about $25.
Everything went really smoothly. I love my new IONIQ!

John went above and beyond taking care of my car, navigating all the paperwork and coordination with Hyundai directly so I didn't have to stress. Sales team were all extremely friendly. Overall experience was 3.15hrs and we were able to come in, test drive, talk numbers and deal offers. Negotiated a fair deal for sale price and our Trade-in. We were expecting a back and forth type of negotiations timeframe which was surprisingly short and well structured. total experience while on a saturday morning was great. I went with my daughter when she went to buy her first new car and the experience was great. Kayvon "Hamid" Jafarion provided great customer service. My daughter test drove the two vehicles that she was interested, Hamid provided her the information she needed and made her feel comfortable throughout the process. The entire process only took about 3 hours, from arrival to leaving with a new car and the staff was great!
The dealership honored the out-the-door price we negotiated by email, and there were no games from either the sales or finance departments.
