This is for Spencer in the service dept. I came in for what I thought was an A/C problem on my Santa Fe. After explaining the problem, he came out and looked at the A/C and showed me what I was doing wrong. He assured me that was often what people didn`t understand and it was all good. Other than the usual requirement that a buyer talk to half a dozen people to complete a purchase and spend 6-7 hours before one can leave with the vehicle - Beaverton Hyundai has pulled a unique screw up. I really wanted to trade in my car for the '24 Tucson Hybrid Blue for $34,675 at 1.99%/60 mos. Except they didn't have a Blue model on the lot, and I was told "get them rarely". Best Inventory in town. I had done my research, connected with Troy ahead of time. When we got to the dealership the night addition, I was looking at was pulled up front. They lie to make sales. We have it on text they lied and they won’t do a thing about it. We’ll also be leaving reports with the better business bureau over this and reaching out to the attorney general as well! Stay away! They are very dishonest!

I purchased my Ionic from Beaverton Hyundai in December 2018. It currently has about 12,000 miles. Recently, by appointment, I took my car in for an oil change. I was checked-in by Service Advisor Aaron. I asked if they would also check the very loud/annoying clunk/rattle in the right rear of the car. The most unpleasant and unprofessional experience I've ever had. No loaners. Wanted the car for four hours for a job Gladstone completed in 30 minutes without an appointment! A simple process turned ugly. I went to purchase a 2021 Palisade advertised on their website, Carfax and Craigslist as certified at a discounted price. Had delay in title documents being delivered and more importantly - after negotiations ended up with less than with agreed on in regard to trade-in and fees. No call back from the finance person. would not buy from them again.

Service department is the worst I've ever dealt with. We never received call backs when transferred to the service manager. This happened 5 times over a 5 day period.

Beaverton Hyundai either lies a lot or doesn't know the products and services that they sell, most likely both.
We bought a brand new Hyundai from them in May of 2022. The sales guy told us the vehicle had features which it does not. The floor manager, sales associate, and the finance manager all separately gave us false information on both the included warranties and the added, third-party warranties that we purchased.

Talk about a stereotypical GM. We came in on a Sunday in 100 degree weather and he was racing down the dealership in his Polaris. I traded in a car to this dealer over 2 years ago. I was not advised to keep my plates or have them transferred to the new vehicle. The dealer sold the car at auction, and did not file anything with DMV. The auction sold the car to an individual (unknown to me). My sales person Hamid went the extra mile, literally, by picking me up in his own car after I sold my old car to another dealer. Wish the finance department handled the transfer of my disabled license plates from my old car better. Would have been nice for the dealership to handle the $2500 Oregon rebate for EVs on the spot. Instead I have to file for the $2500 rebate myself.

Online appointment system does not work and this was verified by employees. Also did not appreciate sales department calling to try to get me to by a new vehicle while I'm waiting for current vehicle (only 1 1/2 hears old) to be serviced. In addition the method of advising me that regular service interval is up needs to be synchronized with the online notification system and the mailers sent out since none of them agree.

I have always appreciated the service team here! Everyone is very kind and helpful! My last visit, my car work ran right up to closing. Unfortunately I had a training that I needed to do and asked if I could sit in the parking lot. The Hyundai team did me one better and allowed me to sit in their waiting room, after their closing hour, to complete my 30 min training. On top of the great customer service, I also appreciated the understanding of my questions and detailed car service.

My interest was to find a car for my family and the Palisade was with my research a suitable combination of cost, reliability and size. This dealer had a selection of these cars and therefore I decided to make my purchase here. The pricing offered at other dealers was a little more competitive as at the moment all Hyundai dealers I could find were only offering MSRP ++ and I still do not feel like this is justified.

Went to view a used car, hoping to buy. It was advertised as a Prius C four when it clearly is a one or two. It had a crack in the window that WE had to point out. were they hoping we would not notice? They offered to knock only two hundred bucks off (and have our insurance cover was suggested?) or replace...should have been replaced to being with and two hundred off would NOT cover doing ourselves. While we had a fast response time to schedule a test drive otherwise not very supportive process.
