We've had quite the journey with our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Beaverton Hyundai has been there for us every step of the way. They truly define customer service by keeping our best interest in mind. In the end, we had full engine and catalytic converter replacements, 90% of which was covered under warranties. Dayton, our service associate and Jessica the Service Manager worked tirelessly with corporate office to ensure our needs were represented.
I needed to change my front brake pads, and their service was excellent. I really appreciated the complete inspection, the convenient pick-up and drop-off service, and the great communication. The entire team is incredibly friendly, and there are no hidden upcharges. Dayton is especially wonderful! He is very easy to talk to and happy to answer any questions!
Service advisor was great. Disappointed that the part was not in stock and I had to make another appointment and trip to the dealership the next week.

Service was excellent. More expensive than I wanted, but needed. It took longer than expected to get the parts so they gave me a Santa Fe as a loaner. That was a nice benefit
Your system is inefficient. I had a 1:00 appointment. My car sat (as I did) for an hour before being moved to service. After that it took one hour. Actual service was fine. At my last dealership, for standard maintenance, I just came in, no appointment, and was finished in less than an hour

Beaverton Hyundai service department is top notch. Had a few recall notices and 8000 mile service that needed attention. Staff took a few notes and got me checked in quickly but I was under a time crunch. They said they’d try to work some magic to get my car done in time. I might be spelling it wrong but keala has been amazing during the frustrating process, she has been on top of things and if I had questions she had answers, she has been very pleasant to work with and if we ever have a car issue again (I hope jot) I we work with her again.
Dayton was awesome! He took the role to answer all my questions and kept me informed with all the updates. Handled all the warranty paperwork with efficiency.

I lost one of my fobs for my Hyundai Sonata so I went to Beaverton Hyundai to get my second fob reprogrammed. Everything went well but I was quite shocked when I asked how much a new fob would be and they said $600.00, so be sure and keep hold of your fobs.
Purchased a new Tucson hybrid here today. It was busy because of the holiday, but the staff was extremely helpful, especially Waleed Ansari, who was juggling multiple customers. Solid experience, overall

Waleed was excellent! The purchasing experience was very low-pressure, and we didn’t feel taken advantage of. Communication and pricing were clear. Highly recommend asking for Waleed if you’re in the market for a vehicle. EDIT (6/4/26): I want to add that Julius, in finance, went above and beyond to help me out with Nissan's predatory leasing policies and poor customer service. He was instrumental in getting them to cooperate with the trade, and I can't thank him enough for making a very stressful situation tolerable. They genuinely care about the customer service at this dealership.
Ioniq 6 ICCU replacement. Did a great job in only three days. My Customer Care expert did as well as she could at the last minute. HOWEVER, the car was not discussed with me. There was no adapter for EA charging which was a big inconvenience. Ioniq 5s have different features from Ioniq 6s 😡 Very good experience otherwise.
Our salesman, Sarek, and Beaverton Hyundai made this car purchase the easiest I have ever had. They alerted me to deceptive tactics being used by another dealer, and they were totally honest at all points of our negotiation and purchase. This just doesn’t happen much with other dealerships, in my experience. I recommend them very highly.

I brought my Hyundai here for the first time for scheduled maintenance. I appreciated the free Uber ride to and from the dealership and the efficient transaction. This place really has it together. We went to 2 other Hyundai dealerships and wound up coming back here for our purchase. They do know how to sell and use many tactics, which made me pull back initially, but in the end they gave us a way better deal than other dealerships. This is the 2nd Palisade we have bought now from them and we love the car. A very well run business.

I recently had some car trouble and discovered that my engine had completely siezed up. I couldn't believe it. I was towed to Beaverton Hyundai and was told that my engine was going to be fully covered by Hyundai. I couldn't believe it. I called and confirmed multiple times. Sure enough, they were correct. Went in today for routine maintenance on my Ioniq. Was greeted by Hanna, who was professional, helpful and friendly. She explained in detail what was to be performed and answered all my questions in detail. The initial service was completed in half the estimated time. Based on the inspection, additional work was suggested. This work was also completed in half the estimated time. Many thanks to Hanna and the service team for a great experience.
Experience was super easy and quick. Didn't feel pressured at all and was allowed to make a decision at my pace. Sarek and Sung were great!
