First time visiting dealer due to nature cause of engine, I call for road side tow it wasn't safe to drive, they denied ( no warranty) but I did had warranty on it. I had to paid my own out of pocket to towed dealership.
After buying my 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid I had the complimentary maintenance visits but this was my first having to pay. Found a bunch of coupons online which reduced the cost of the overall service charge, some services were free anyway. Johnny Griffiths, my service advisor, a calm, pleasant guy, was very patient explaining the service we needed given the low mileage, answering our nit-picky questions and clarifying the end charges. I went to look at a Subaru Outback and after testing the vehicle said I wanted to get it as long as the inspection went through. The salesman I was working with printed off the quote which I have attached and I scheduled my mechanic to come do a prepurchase inspection.

I was preparing for a road trip and I had already had my tires rotated at Les Schwab. I told the dealership NOT to rotate my tires and they went ahead and did it, not listening to my important request. I have now driven a couple thousand miles on tires that are in the wrong position and are now getting extra wear and tear due to Hyundai's incompetence. I would not recommend taking your care here for service.

I was disappointed with the estimate given to me for services. Spencer was kind enough to knock off a couple hundred dollars from the total, That was very much appreciated.
This is for Spencer in the service dept. I came in for what I thought was an A/C problem on my Santa Fe. After explaining the problem, he came out and looked at the A/C and showed me what I was doing wrong. He assured me that was often what people didn`t understand and it was all good. I really wanted to trade in my car for the '24 Tucson Hybrid Blue for $34,675 at 1.99%/60 mos. Except they didn't have a Blue model on the lot, and I was told "get them rarely". My sales person Hamid went the extra mile, literally, by picking me up in his own car after I sold my old car to another dealer. Wish the finance department handled the transfer of my disabled license plates from my old car better. Would have been nice for the dealership to handle the $2500 Oregon rebate for EVs on the spot. Online appointment system does not work and this was verified by employees. Also did not appreciate sales department calling to try to get me to by a new vehicle while I'm waiting for current vehicle (only 1 1/2 hears old) to be serviced. In addition the method of advising me that regular service interval is up needs to be synchronized with the online notification system and the mailers sent out since none of them agree.

The service was fast and the person who explained what they had done was excellent. Explained everything quite well, answered my questions and gave suggestions about something that was concerning me. Easy to give 5 stars.
Our salesperson Jeremy was wonderfully helpful and considerate in letting us test drive and learn about the Sante Fe plug in hybrid. With his help we were able to buy one and then actually get it before Christmas. No pressure, just assisting us navigate the decision issues. Thanks Jeremy !!!!!

I have always appreciated the service team here! Everyone is very kind and helpful! My last visit, my car work ran right up to closing. Unfortunately I had a training that I needed to do and asked if I could sit in the parking lot. The Hyundai team did me one better and allowed me to sit in their waiting room, after their closing hour, to complete my 30 min training. On top of the great customer service, I also appreciated the understanding of my questions and detailed car service.
