The Beaverton Hyundai Service Department did a superb job in diagnosing the radio failure in my 2021 Sonata Hybrid. They tracked it down to a missing software update. Once they determined the cause they went amount downloading a massive update and installed it into my Sonata. Upon completing that they reinstalled the software and got all systems up and running again in perfect order.

Very professional, prompt and informative staff. Dayton was very helpful and answered all my questions in a clear, concise manner. Waiting area was clean, comfortable and well stocked with coffee, snacks and water. Overall great service experience.

Artem, the GM, and sales and financial team Robert, Manuel, Sung and Julius are all characters in their own right who I genuinely enjoyed getting to know, joke with, and see each day over the few visits it took to come to a sales agreement. They have sort of a “robin hood and his merry men” feel going on that’s really working for them. But I have to say: sorry if I sound old-timey but good customer service is more rare these days. She’s not just friendly, she is exceptionally professional and efficient. It’s a car dealership so of course you’ll see negative reviews on here, people unhappy with their trade-in value etc. but the people are good at their jobs and the place is well-run.

The folks at Beaverton Hyundai knew from an internet lead we were looking for a very specific, hard to find around here Ioniq 5 trim level- SE Rwd long range- because that is the best fit for our budget and driving needs. Even though they had never met us they managed to facilitate a trade with a dealer in Washington for one of only two of that trim in the whole NW region at that time- and reached out before the trade was even finalized to let is know so we could work checking it out as soon as it arrived into our schedule! Edge (Salesperson), Juan (Sales Manager) and Artem (General Manager) were wonderful to work with and very patient with us- even when it took longer on our end than we hoped to get everything sorted/sign final paperwork. My wife noticed that everyone at Beaverton Hyundai spoke to & made eye contact equally with both of us (unlike a few of the many other dealerships she/we went to along the way as we figured out what make/model/trim would be a good fit for us). Even though we were pushing closing time on a Saturday night when we were signing papers the finance guy was patient answering our (and our kids) many questions and talking us through everything. I want to give a shoutout the PGE Ride and Drive event that introduced us to the DEQ rebate and Ways to Work program that helped us see an EV could potentially be realistic for us, and the folks at Beaverton Hyundai who tracked down the specific vehicle we were looking for and their patience (and reassurance they wouldn't sell this car out from under us while we lined everything up) that facilitated making it happen. The Ioniq 5 is great too! If you are considering an EV I highly recommend test driving as many different ones as you can for yourself, but I wont be surprised if, like us, you find the Ioniq 5 to be just right. While you are looking at least stop by Beaverton Hyundai and give them a chance to earn your business.

This was my fourth trip in for an oil change and regular service. And I have to say, it's been my best trip so far. And very pleased with how I was greeted, how everything was handled clear line of communication and unlimited espresso in the waiting room

Johnnie was my service advisor and I left feeling much better than when I arrived. I now know to listen to the experts and stop diagnosing my check engine light as if I actually knew what it was indicating. Our car runs smoother and my gas mileage is improving.

We just bought our second vehicle from Beaverton Hyundai and this experience was even better than our last one (which was great). We live in Eugene and would prefer to shop in our own area but the local Hyundai dealer just can't beat Beaverton for customer service and price. We had a terrible experience at the Eugene dealership when we bought our last car. I decided to give them one more chance but they did not reply to emails in a timely matter if at all. I decided to check in with Beaverton Hyundai. I initially asked for a bottom line offer on the Palisade I was looking at. The price was very competitive and was in line with what I had been researching. I then asked about trading in our other older Palisade. We had a terrible experience locally when we traded our Santa Fe in and I was prepared to use Carvana and had a quote. I did a quote on their site with Carfax and it was only a bit lower than Carvana and was really reasonable for a trade-in. We came to an agreement and I was then able to go the next day, finalize paperwork and was in and out in 30 minutes. It was an amazing experience and everyone was so great to deal with. When we got home I realized I had left our remotes in our old car. I texted and they found them and sent them FedEx to us. Thank you Juan, Sakir, Edge and the gentleman who helped us with all of the documents (sorry I can't remember his name but he was great and got us out in less than 30 minutes and respected our requests) for making this the best experience buying a car we have had and making it worth the 4 hour drive.

I’ve been taking my Hyundai here for more than five years and I have to say this place has really stepped it up in the last year or two. Over the past two weeks I had to go through a recall repair and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, communication, and how well they took care of me. Usually, I dread going to the dealership, but I feel fondly for this Beaverton Hyundai.

I dropped my car off at the Beaverton Hyundai Dealership overnight due to my car battery not starting. Payton in Service department helped me get process my service order and get my car started on getting worked on immediately. My car was finished within 48 hours and I was able to come pick it up. Payton was friendly, attentive and supportive throughout the whole process. Thank you for working with me!

The service lead Dayton took extra time to learn the history of my issues and worked hard to make it all right. It is a rare and special experience when people go above and beyond to listen and help resolve issues. This dealership is also really helpful in providing rides and loaners for extended service issues. I drive pretty far to work with these professionals.

We had an excellent experience with Beaverton Hyundai and Robert Rangel purchasing our new 2026 Santa Fe Hybrid SEL AWD this past week. We actually started the day expecting to buy a Toyota Tacoma. I had done my homework, test-drove the Tacoma and loved it, but we had recently discovered the Santa Fe and wanted to give it a serious look before deciding. I’m glad we did. Robert approached us on the lot and quickly understood what we were looking for. He’s clearly a very experienced sales professional; direct, confident and persistent without being pushy. He also did an excellent job recognizing that although I was handling much of the negotiation, this was ultimately my wife’s vehicle and her decision. Our son, who is an Air Force veteran and very technically oriented, was with us as well, and Robert did a great job managing three people looking at the purchase from somewhat different perspectives. When the first vehicle wasn’t quite right, Robert found another in inventory with the darker exterior and interior that fit us much better. The negotiation was refreshingly straightforward. I’ve purchased somewhere around 30–40 new vehicles over the years and told Robert and Sales Manager Michael Menzie that I wasn’t interested in a long back-and-forth, I simply wanted their best deal. They responded. The final trade allowance was right at Kelley Blue Book value, and Hyundai Finance beat the rate my bank offered by about two percentage points. Jorge Bogorzues in finance handled the paperwork efficiently, and the entire process was smooth. The Santa Fe itself impressed us with its design, visibility, technology, value and the impressive Hyundai warranties. The ZurichShield interior/exterior protection was also particularly valuable to us as dog owners. We’ve bought everything from Mercedes to Hondas, Fords & Nissans over the years. This was genuinely one of the most positive vehicle-buying experiences we’ve had. I would absolutely recommend Robert Rangel and the team at Beaverton Hyundai. We are loving our Santa Fe!
